Technology system providers

Chapter 66 holds the rules for companies licensed to provide in-vehicle technology systems (such as the taxi TPEP and street hail livery systems that handle fares, payments and trip records), including compliance with technology requirements (§66-19) and conduct rules (§66-23). It is still in force; the older separate Chapters 75 (TPEP providers) and 83 (street hail livery technology providers) are now listed among the TLC's old rule chapters.
