One flat fee per summons
You see the exact service fee for your summons after the free scan, before you pay anything. Fines and settlements are separate and are owed to TLC.

No one can promise a result at a hearing. We don't charge more if your summons is dismissed, and the fee you see is the fee you pay. If you cancel before a lawyer is assigned, contact us about a refund.

Not included
Any fine, penalty or settlement amount. Those are set by OATH or TLC and are paid to TLC — either by you directly, or by us on your behalf.
Paying a fine through us
If a fine is owed, you can pay it through TLC Help and we pay TLC for you. A $9.95 handling fee applies. Paying TLC directly is always free.
