How joining works

Apply
Tell us your bar admission or OATH representative registration, the summons types you handle, and your capacity.

Choose coverage
Pick the boroughs, airports and phone/online hearings you cover. We only offer you matching cases.
- 03
Accept offers
Cases are offered one lawyer at a time. Accept or decline within the response window; unanswered offers move on.
- 04
Get paid
Each accepted case earns a set fee, plus a bonus when a charge is dismissed. Request payouts once a case closes.

Earnings become available for payout when the case closes. Payouts by ACH, check or Zelle.
Who can join
- Attorneys admitted in New York and in good standing
- Non-attorney representatives registered with the OATH Hearings Division
Every driver signs a representative authorization, which is in the case file when you accept.
