Old taxicab agent rules

Old Chapter 12 of the TLC rules governed taxicab agents — licensed businesses that manage medallion taxicabs and lease them to drivers for owners — including business premises (§12-05) and standards of conduct (§12-06). It was repealed on April 1, 2011 and replaced by Chapter 63 (Taxicab Agent Rules).
