Old paratransit rules (drivers, vehicles and bases)

Old Chapter 4 of the TLC rules covered paratransit service — vehicles that transport people with disabilities, often wheelchair users — including drivers (§§4-06 to 4-08) and vehicle and base owners (§4-09). It was repealed on April 1, 2011. Driver rules moved to Chapter 56 (Paratransit Drivers); vehicle-owner and base rules moved to Chapter 60 (60A vehicle owners, 60B bases).
