For-hire base owners

Sub-chapter 59B holds the rules for owners of for-hire bases — the licensed companies that dispatch car services, black cars and limousines: base licensing, records, dispatching only affiliated vehicles and licensed drivers, advertising and base conduct. It replaced the base parts of old Chapter 6 in April 2011 and is still in force.
