Old for-hire vehicle rules (drivers, vehicles and bases)

Old Chapter 6 of the TLC rules covered the whole for-hire vehicle (car service, black car, limousine) industry: bases (§§6-04 to 6-08), vehicle owners (§§6-11 to 6-13), drivers (§§6-14 to 6-17) and personal conduct of all licensees (§6-18). It was repealed on April 1, 2011 and split three ways: drivers went to Chapter 55 (later Chapter 80), vehicle owners to sub-chapter 59A, and bases to sub-chapter 59B. The TLC's 2011 crosswalk maps old 6-xx sections to their new homes.
